Property Staging Process
Clients provide property details, photos and relevant information either through our website enquiry form or real estate agent. Based on this, Haven Haus prepares a tailored styling quote outlining the recommended scope and investment.
01 - Initial Enquiry & Quoting
Once the quote is approved and the booking is confirmed, we schedule the project and lock in styling dates.
02 - Proposal Acceptance
Following acceptance, we attend the property to complete measurements, confirm layout and finalise styling requirements to ensure a seamless installation.
03 - Onsite Property Assessment
04 - Styling Installation
Our team installs all furniture, artwork and décor, styling each space to enhance flow, appeal and buyer connection. The home is presented market-ready for photography and inspections.
05 - Pack Down & Removal
At the conclusion of the agreed styling period, all items are carefully removed and the property is returned to its original condition ready for its new owners!
Short-term Rental Styling Process
We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, budget and scope. This may be conducted remotely or on-site depending on the project.

A tailored design direction is developed, we attend the property to complete measurements, confirm layouts and commence moodboard design & shopping list items for the each individual rooms.
03 - Design Development
Once everything has been sent through for your approval we finalise design details, select furniture, soft furnishings, décor, appliances etc.
04 - Sourcing, Delivery & Onsite Installation
Haven Haus manages sourcing, coordinates deliveries and attends site to install furniture, style the space and complete all finishing touches.
We complete a final walkthrough to ensure every detail aligns with the approved design and your expectations, delivering a fully styled space ready for guests to enjoy.
